Talgat Salikhov Appointed Chairman of the Management Board of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC

The Board of Directors of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC has resolved to appoint Talgat Maksutovich Salikhov as Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board, effective September 1, 2026.

Prior to his appointment as Chairman of the Management Board, Talgat Salikhov served as an Independent Director and Member of the Board of Directors of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC, as well as Chairman of the Strategy, Human Resources and Remuneration Committee.

Talgat Salikhov has more than 12 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity and investment asset management. He began his professional career at PwC, where he worked on corporate finance projects in Kazakhstan and Russia. Talgat Salikhov holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nottingham and a Master’s degree in Transport and Business Management from Imperial College London. Currently serves as an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board of the Asian Credit Fund.

Effective September 1, 2026, the Management Board of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC will consist of four members:

  1. Salikhov Talgat Maksutovich– Chairman of the Management Board;
  2. Kassenova Aigul Orazaliyevna– Member of the Management Board;
  3. Daulet Yerassyl Altynbayuly– Member of the Management Board;
  4. Orazbayeva Dana Mukhambetablayevna– Member of the Management Board.

Talgat Salikhov succeeds Anzor Botashev as Chairman of the Management Board. Anzor Botashev had held the position since April 2025.
