On Imposing Administrative Liability

By virtue of the Resolution issued by the Department of State Revenues for the Medeu District of Almaty City dated June 4, 2026, Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC has been held administratively liable under Part 3 of Article 278 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offences, with an administrative fine imposed in the amount of 12,266,900 tenge.
