By the decision of the Board of Directors dated April 03, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company’s Board:
- Beksatova A.M. was excluded;
- Bakiyeva D.B. was elected.
Taking into account the made changes, the Board of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC consists of four persons: Zankin M.Yu., Botashev A.E., Zhomartova Zh.T., Bakiyeva D.B.
