Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC has placed unsecured coupon bonds of Private School Named After Shoqan Ualikhanov LLP on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE). The total amount of funds raised was 518 million tenge.
The bonds were issued for a term of 3 years with quarterly coupon payments at an annual rate of 21%.
The funds raised will be directed towards financing the school’s operational activities as well as the development of new educational projects. This will help improve the quality of the educational process and expand access to modern learning conditions.
