Following the results of the meeting of the Board of Directors on June 5, 2024 of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC, Timur Ishmuratov joined the board of the company.
Previously, he served on the board of directors of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC as an independent director.
Mr. Timur Ishmuratov was born in Almaty. He graduated from the University of Warsaw with a degree in International Relations. He worked in the banking industry for more than 20 years. He began his professional career in 2000 as a leading specialist at Bank Turan Alem JSC. In 2002, he moved to Bank CenterCredit JSC, where he took key positions. From 2017 to 2022 he was Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Bank, supervised the corporate and retail sections.
According to the decision of the board of directors of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC, the following membership of the board was determined:
– Zankin Maxim – Chairman of the Board;
– Ishmuratov Timur – member of the board, deputy chairman of the board;
– Zhomartova Zhanara – member of the board;
– Bakiyeva Dina Baktzhanovna – member of the board;
– Botashev Anzor Yedigovich – member of the board.
