We are in search of a Client Relationship Specialist (Middle Office Associate) with mandatory experience in a brokerage/investment firm. We are looking for a candidate to help support brokerage services to the client.

What are you going to do?
Maintain a high level of customer service to the company's customers
Key Responsibilities:
- Enrolling a new client in the AIS (automated information system) and creating a client dossier at all stages.
- Verification and monitoring of client's cash flows and financial instruments, including generation of reports on executed transactions.
- Monthly and daily distribution of various reports to clients including statements of work performed, invoices, broker commission reports and cash and securities balances.
- The process of interacting with customers and conducting compliance checks.
- Execution of client orders, including international market orders, and provision of account statements for legal entities and individuals.
- Assignment of qualified investor status to the client, including all stages.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, finance or related disciplines.
- Ability to work with CRM-systems and MS Office.
Welcomed:
- Experience in investment banking.
- Knowledge of investment products and services.
- Experience in AIS
- Knowledge of foreign languages.
Work schedule: 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 (possibly from 10:00 to 19:00).
The office is located in the Seyfulin-Al-Farabi-Nazarbayev district.
