According the results of the annual General meeting of shareholders of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC held on May 29, 2024, Alibek Kuantyrov was appointed as a member of the Board of Directors and an Independent Director.
Kuantyrov heads the KAZENERGY Association as a General Director. Previously, he held office as a Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in 2022-2024.
Alibek Kuantyrov was born in Atyrau city, graduated the Tomsk State University, the University of Michigan according to the Bolashak scholarship, Master of applied economics. He is a member of the Presidential Youth Personnel Reserve.
The Board of Directors of Teniz Capital Investment Banking JSC is determined as follows with a term of office until June 01, 2025:

– Maxim Zankin – Member of the Board of Directors;
