Joint Stock Company "Teniz Capital Investment Banking" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) announces the new composition of the Board of Directors.
June 08, 2023 By decision of the sole shareholder of the Company, a new composition of the Board of Directors was determined:
Khusainov Galim Abilzhanovich – Chairman of the Board of Directors;
Zankin Maxim Yurievich – member of the Board of Directors;
Ishmuratov Timur Zhaksylykovich – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.
Khusainov Galim Abilzhanovich will act on behalf of the sole shareholder User Saken Talgatuly.
The new composition of the Board of Directors, headed by Galim Abilzhanovich Khusainov, corresponds to the chosen strategy of the Company and the interests of the sole shareholder.
